Digital Products & Templates
Because our Essential and Signature wedding invitation themes are digital products delivered and accessed instantly, all sales are final. Once your purchase is complete and you have been granted access to your invitation link, template files, or the self-service dashboard, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy for digital goods.
If you experience any issues accessing your invitation, loading the template, or navigating the dashboard — contact our support team immediately. We will resolve it personally and promptly.
Bespoke Concierge Services
For our Heritage Collection tier, a significant portion of your investment reserves the dedicated time, white-glove labour, and technical expertise provided by our design team. Because this work is deeply personal and begins immediately, our policy reflects that commitment.
If you wish to cancel before any onboarding, custom domain registration, or design work has commenced, you may contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation — subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Once our team has begun customising your layout, curating your gallery, or setting up your custom domain, the project fee becomes strictly non-refundable. We encourage all clients to review their brief carefully before we commence.
Revisions & Scope of Work
We want your wedding invitation to be a flawless reflection of your day. Heritage Collection packages include a predefined round of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Extensive structural changes or additional feature requests that fall outside the original agreed scope may be subject to additional hourly billing — communicated to you clearly and in advance before any work proceeds.
