How long does it take to receive my invitation?+
Most invitations are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from when we receive your event details and payment confirmation. The Heritage (Grand) tier may take a little longer due to its fully bespoke nature.
How do I pay?+
Payment is made via bank transfer. Once you’ve chosen your tier, we’ll send you our bank details. You then send us a copy of your transfer slip via WhatsApp and we’ll confirm receipt personally.
Can I request changes after I receive my invitation?+
Yes — each tier includes a set number of revisions. Essential includes 2 rounds, The Signature includes 3, and The Heritage includes dedicated revision sessions. We want every detail to feel exactly right.
Do you cater to traditional Sri Lankan ceremonies?+
Absolutely. We have specific experience with Poruwa ceremonies, Buddhist and Hindu weddings, and other Sri Lankan cultural traditions. The Heritage tier includes a dedicated cultural notes section for this purpose.
How is the invitation shared with guests?+
You receive a secure, shareable link that works on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. Simply copy and share via WhatsApp, email, or any platform you prefer. No app download required for your guests.
Can I get a custom domain for my invitation?+
Yes — a custom domain (e.g. sarahandkamal.com) is available as an add-on with The Heritage (Grand) tier. This is charged separately depending on domain availability and registration cost.
